Soft, golden and rich with caramel, Barhee is the date people come back for. Small and round with thin amber skin, it has a melting, almost syrupy texture and a flavour that sits somewhere between butterscotch and brown sugar.

Our Barhee are grown in the red desert country southeast of Alice Springs, where long hot days and dry air ripen the fruit slowly on the palm. Every date in this box is hand-picked and graded as Tamara’s Select, our finest grade, chosen for size, colour and texture.

Eat them straight from the box, pair them with a sharp cheese, or stone and stuff them for an easy treat. Once you’ve tried a fresh Barhee, supermarket dates won’t taste the same.
